This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and book activities via SquareSpace, provided by East London Tennis Solutions CIC.

Photography Policy
East London Stringing & Tennis Solutions CIC may take photos and/or videos for the purpose of informing customers about events and for use in future marketing on social media, in print and online.
For over 18s
It is defined as being within our legitimate interests to take photos, some of which may include those aged over 18, at any event we run to use in our marketing. Without the ability to use photography we have decided it would not be possible to market what we do.
For under 18s
For anyone attending a Courtside camp or coaching programme, consent will be sought from the parent/guardian booking them onto the event. If consent is not granted, then we shall not use the photos or videos publicly or for any marketing purpose.
Withdrawing consent
An individual captured in an image can withdraw their consent for further use of their image even after having signed the consent form. All photos or recordings will be treated in the same way as personal data. They will be both kept and disposed of securely. Any such withdrawal must be in writing and sent to hello@bolabeachtennis.co.uk.
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 June 2025
By booking a course, class or session at bolabeachtennis.co.uk, you agree to the following terms and conditions set by East London Tennis Solutions CIC, operators of beach tennis events at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London.
1. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made online via bolabeachtennis.co.uk using the Acuity Scheduling booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received.
2. Participation and Conduct
All participants take part at their own risk.
All coaches are LTA certified, First Aid trained, and have completed safeguarding training.
We expect respectful behaviour towards coaches, staff, other participants, and park users.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or endangers others.
3. Children and Vulnerable Adults
Safeguarding is a priority. Coaches are trained to look out for the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
Parents or guardians must supervise children under the age of 12 unless the session is specifically designated as a supervised class.
4. Weather and Cancellations
Outdoor sessions may be affected by adverse weather. If we cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
Participants who cancel with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for a refund. Please contact hello@bolabeachtennis.co.uk to request this refund.
No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.
5. Health and Safety
Participants must inform coaches of any relevant medical conditions or injuries prior to playing.
Appropriate footwear (bare feet or beach socks) and sportswear must be worn.
East London Tennis Solutions CIC is not liable for injuries sustained while participating in beach tennis activities.
6. Liability
East London Tennis Solutions CIC is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on site.
Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
